Where are Shadowy Collectibles items made?
All Shadowy Collectibles items are handmade in Kent, UK by Casper and Rebecca using a range of materials including resin printers, polymer clay, LED lighting, with hand-painted finishes.
Where can I buy Shadowy Collectibles?
We currently do not have a physical shop.
Our products are available on this website and on Etsy – https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/ShadowyCollectibles
Occasionally, you may find us at markets such as Comic Con — keep an eye on our social media for updates.
We do not design for other brands or individuals and are not associated with any other business claiming to be Shadowy Collectibles.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our handmade dioramas and props take approximately 2-12 weeks to produce.
Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within a week.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any additional customs charges.
What Are Your Production Timescales?
All our items are handmade, so dispatch times vary.
Production timescales are listed individually on each product page.
If you need an order for a specific date, please email us first—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What Are Your Delivery Time Estimates?
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery UK will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This delivery service is for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. UK delivery is typically takes 1-2 business days once dispatched.
European Delivery
For countries inside the European Union we use Royal Mail tracked to deliver. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3-5 working days to European Union countries.
Rest of World Delivery
For all countries outside the the UK and European Union.
For countries outside the UK and EU, Royal Mail tracked aims to deliver within 6-7 working days.
Customs and Import Taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes. We are not liable for delays due to customs processes.
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to unpaid fees or missed courier attempts, the package may be abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund.

What is your returns process?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out our returns form and send it back with your item. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Do you offer payment in instalments?
We currently do not offer Klarna, Afterpay, or similar payment plans.
